Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of Eggplant
  • 100 g of Marinara Sauce
  • 50 g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp of Breadcrumbs

Method:

Bread and bake eggplant, layer with marinara and cheese.
