Spaghetti Carbonara
A classic Italian pasta dish known for its creamy sauce, Spaghetti Carbonara is a perfect blend of savory pancetta, rich Parmesan, and a touch of black pepper, creating a comforting and indulgent meal.

Recipe
Ingredients:
- 400 g of Spaghetti
- 150 g of Pancetta (diced)
- 3 pieces of Egg Yolk
- 2 pieces of Whole eggs
- 100 g of Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
Method:
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, reserving some of the pasta water. While the pasta cooks, fry the pancetta in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole egg, grated Parmesan, and a generous pinch of black pepper. Once the pasta is done, add it to the skillet with the pancetta, then remove the skillet from heat. Quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a silky sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper.
